HTRE was started in 2008 with one 12 unit property in Marquette Park and has since grown it's management portfolio across the South Side of the city.  HTRE prides itself on being a very involved and active property manager. Our company approach is hands on and we strive to treat each property we manage as if we are owners of the property as well.
